FULLDAY – BOAT TRIP FROM EL RODADERO TO PLAYA BLANCA
Tourists are picked up in the air-conditioned vehicle and taken to the meeting point at Rodadero at about 9:00 am, where they are then directed to the north pier to start the boat ride to the Aquarium of Santa Marta (10 minute ride from Rodadero Beach).
The tour in the Aquarium is approximately 2 hours in which you will visit the museum where you will learn about the variety of marine ecosystems of the Caribbean and also enjoy a spectacular dolphin show, this being the main activity of this visit.
At the end of the show, people who wish can have 7 minutes of swimming with the dolphins and take your photo as a souvenir; this service has an additional cost.
After the visit to the Rodadero Aquarium, tourists begin a new 7-minute boat ride to Playa Blanca Santa Marta, the main destination of this tour and one of the most crystalline beaches in Santa Marta.
Once in Playa Blanca, the guide organizes the group of tourists and takes the lunch order so that later at midday they will be served the gastronomic dishes typical of the coast.
When the tour guide organizes the snorkeling activity, tourists will be directed to the reef area where they will receive an aquatic tour by a specialized guide in which they will observe many species and marine ecosystems.
After the dive, tourists will have the rest of the day to enjoy the sea, the sand and the sun until 4:00 pm, at which time they must return by boat to Rodadero and then be transferred to their accommodation in Santa Marta.
